SIBIONICS \u2013 INSTAGRAM<\/strong> PARTICIPATION <\/strong>TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Contest Subject<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The company<\/strong> The<\/strong> Medline<\/strong> Company<\/strong> AE<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cOrganizer\u201d), based in Metamorfos Attica, at Aristoteli Valaoritou 1<\/strong> \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 Tax ID 802026560<\/strong>, organizes a promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cContest\u201d) entitled: \u00ab<\/strong>Sibionics<\/strong> Giveaway<\/strong>\u00bb.<\/strong>The Contest will be communicated through social media platforms Instagram & Facebook via the profiles maintained at https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/sibionics_greece\/<\/a> & https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/p\/Sibionics-Greece-61576003964213\/<\/a> as well as on the website https:\/\/themedlinecompany.com\/sibionics\/<\/a> as part of promoting the \u201cSibionics Sensor,\u201d which is organized and operated on behalf of the Organizer by the company \u201cVITAMIN MEDIA.\u201d<\/p>\n

    1. Eligibility to Participate <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Participation in the Contest is open to any individual residing in Greece who has reached the age of eighteen (18). Participation in the Contest requires unconditional acceptance of these Terms. <\/p>\n

      1. Exclusion of Participants <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The following individuals are excluded from the Contest:<\/p>\n

        (a) Employees of the Organizer, \u201cThe Medline Company.\u201d<\/p>\n

        (b) First-degree relatives of the aforementioned employees and the spouses of those employees.<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Contest Duration<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The promotional campaign will run from 18\/09\/2025 to 29\/09\/2025, 23:59.<\/p>\n

          Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered and will be excluded from the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest period for reasonable cause, with an announcement on its official Instagram page. <\/p>\n

          1. Participation Procedure<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            To participate in the promotional campaign, the following procedure must be followed: During the Contest, a post will be published on the official Instagram, Facebook, and Website of Medline Company depicting the Contest mechanism.<\/p>\n

            Each participant must:<\/p>\n

            \u25aa Follow @sibionics_greece.<\/p>\n

            \u25aa Like the post.<\/p>\n

            \u25aa Comment whether they know the Sibionics sensor or tag a friend with Type 1 Diabetes who might be interested in the sensor.<\/p>\n

            Submitting the above constitutes a declaration of participation in the Contest, free of charge and without any further procedure. The records maintained by the Organizer containing the above information will constitute full proof regarding the receipt and validity of any participation, as defined in Article 7 below. A \u201cvalid entry\u201d means any entry made according to the above procedure and within the Contest period. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any entry it considers the result of illegal technical manipulation, fraud, or unfair interference by the participant or a third party. <\/p>\n

            Contest Prize<\/strong><\/p>\n

            The prize of the Contest is as follows: The fifty (50) winners drawn from the Contest will each receive two (2) Sibionics <\/strong>sensors.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Winner Selection<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              The winners will be selected through an electronic draw using an instant participant selection process, including all valid entries. A \u201cvalid entry\u201d means any entry submitted according to the procedure described in Article 5 above and accepted by the Organizer. <\/p>\n

              Winners\u2019 names will be announced on 30\/09\/25 and published via Instagram story on the page @sibionics_greece.<\/p>\n

              The fifty (50) winners, upon notification, must contact the company via personal message on Instagram or by email, providing their personal details (full name, address, phone number) within ten (10) calendar days from notification to claim the prize.<\/p>\n

              To receive the prize, winners must provide:
              A government-issued ID or other official document proving their identity.
              An official document or medical certificate confirming that they or a first-degree relative (e.g., child, parent, sibling) has been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. <\/u><\/strong> Failure to provide the above documentation will result in forfeiture of the prize.<\/p>\n

              If the winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) calendar days (until 00:00) or if at any time the entry is deemed invalid, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible runner-up from the draw.<\/p>\n

              The Organizer reserves the right to announce the winner\u2019s name in the media or related advertising and to commercially exploit any relevant event (e.g., awarding the prize), using the winner\u2019s name for promotional purposes without payment or compensation.<\/p>\n

              1. Refusal of Prize<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                If a winner refuses to accept the prize, sign the acknowledgment of receipt, or present an official document verifying their identity, they permanently forfeit the prize.<\/p>\n

                1. Amendment of Terms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, including, but not limited to, changing the Contest dates, altering the prizes, or canceling the Contest for any reason, notifying the public via its Instagram page or any other suitable means, without liability toward any participant or third party.<\/p>\n

                  1. Remarks<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Participation requires internet access at the participant\u2019s own expense. Participation does not create any rights against the Organizer or its assets, including intellectual and industrial property rights. After the Contest and prize distribution, the Organizer has no further obligations toward participants. <\/p>\n

                      \n
                    1. Liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      Participants must access the internet using their own technical means. The Organizer is not liable for delays or failures in submission due to circumstances beyond its control or force majeure, including, but not limited to, network or technical failures, server or provider issues, computer hardware\/software malfunctions, data transmission errors, internet congestion, viruses, malicious acts, or fraudulent third-party interventions. <\/p>\n

                      The Organizer, its employees, and executives are not liable for any damages arising from or related to the Contest.<\/p>\n

                      The Organizer strives to ensure its systems provide accurate, complete, reliable, and timely information. Participants are solely responsible for evaluating content and actions based on their participation. <\/p>\n

                      1. Publicity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        The Contest participation terms are posted on the Organizer\u2019s website \u2013 https:\/\/themedlinecompany.com\/sibionics\/<\/a><\/p>\n

                        1. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
